- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Office staff was difficult, I waited an hour and left. Other patients complained about there treatment. I left because office staff did not take the time to check my insurance, A copy of my card was given and an email copy of the back of card was sent to them. They said they would not see me without the back of card. If the staff had checked their email they would have found they had what they needed. I have nothing to say about dental care at smile except other patients complaining in wating area. It was an unusual experience, probably for the best.
