- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in an absolute bind. It was moving day and my boyfriend was unable to help out as he was stuck in a gridlock on Staten Island Expressway. I had to board the dog for a day and no place was open or willing to work with me as I did not have the paperwork. Chateau Des Paws not only contacted the shelter and had the paperwork faxed over for me but also boarded her at the very last minute. The staff was friendly, kind, helpful, and absolutely amazing.
