- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The dentist is just fine. Did a very good job, in my opinion. He had a good "bedside manner" and was actually calming. The hygenists and assistants were equally as professional. Now comes the bad part...and its SO bad, that I am taking the time to write this. I wanted to leave zero stars, but apparantly the mere existence of this practice breathes it one star. The woman at the front desk is nothing other than obnoxious. She messed up my appointment, and, rather than be courteous and/or apologetic, she was nasty to the point of being vindictive towards me. Then, when I got a bill from my insurance company that did not reflect the payment I had made at the end of my appointment, she WOULDN'T SEND me a revised invoice. I mean, I had to call repeatedly OVER A PERIOD OF MONTHS, as I continued to get bills. Finally, after nearly half a year of this juvenille game playing on the part of the recpetionist (you know, as I'm typing this it's just as unbelievable), I actually did some research to find that this dentist has offices (where the billing is done), in another town-I think it was Brentwood. I called there, and the friendly help(!) informed me that this receptionist never had asked to/informed them of this bill needing to go out. After a brief, elucidating conversation, I had the bill in hand within a couple of days. I believe her name is "Gloria" although I am not 100% certain (I must have blocked it out...she really was that nasty). Did I mention she hung up on me once (as I had asked to speak with or leave a message with the dentist..after months of dealing with her refusal to update my bill). I had my sister call (I know, she was over and could not believe her ears), and she hung up on her, too. I have worked in customer service, and I can't believe this raspy I've smoked a pack a day the last 45 years troll actually hasn't been fired. Maybe she has...but I will NEVER return to find out!
