- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been using this facility for over 2 years and have gotten little relief for what I believe to be a series of misdiagnosed visits - After doing my own research I went in 2/28/17 to request some referrals and met with PA Jeffrey Dinizio who had a terrible bedside manner - was aggressive and threatening and even threatened me to call the police and have me arrested for refusing to take a shingles shot - Never in my life have I been treated this way at a Doctors office ! I strongly advise to not use this facility - would not give me my co pay back after refusing to help me. Horrible place !April 27, 2017by Leigh West
